Ontier Inc. Expands Executive Team - Appoints VP of Engineering
New executive adds to expertise in communication and collaboration software
Portland, Oregon — April 8, 2009 — Ontier Inc., developer of on-demand software that accelerates business communication, announced the appointment of Dom Virgilio to the newly created position of Vice President of Engineering. In this capacity, Mr. Virgilio will be responsible for the management of Ontier's software development team and will play a major role in evolving the architecture of the company's products and services.

Mr. Virgilio’s more than twenty years of commercial software design, development and leadership experience includes his role as a co-founder and the COO of InfoCast where he was the chief architect of the company's communication and collaboration products. Recently, as VP of Engineering at Daverci Solutions, Inc., Mr. Virgilio managed all product development, support, training, and IT activities leading to the successful sale of the company in December, 2008. Earlier in his career Dom was a senior developer and technical project manager for several electronic design automation (EDA) companies. He received a BSEE from Clarkson University and a Masters Degree from Carnegie-Mellon University.
