Ontier, Inc. Adds Key Talent to Executive Team

High-tech veteran brings business development expertise

Portland, Oregon—January 21, 2009 — Ontier, Inc. announced the addition of Bruce Carocci as VP of Business Development. His involvement comes as Ontier is poised to dramatically improve how business users communicate online with the launch of the company’s first on-demand product later in Q1 of 2009.

“We have worked with Bruce before. He has proven capability to bring new products to market and will lead our efforts to develop business with enterprise level customers and with channel partners” said Ontier CEO Sebastian Rapport. “Our leadership team now possesses the necessary skills to execute a strong launch into the market. Bruce knows his way around Fortune 500 companies and will use those skills to quickly ramp revenue and help us build market share.”

Mr. Carocci has more than 25 years of senior management experience growing high-tech and Internet software companies. As VP of Marketing at FLIR Systems (FSI) Bruce played a key role in launching new products and in growing this imaging systems company from $38 million to $150 million in annual sales and establishing a dominant market position worldwide. More recently, Bruce was Senior VP of Marketing and Sales at Via Training, LLC, a developer of custom e-learning programs sold to Fortune 500 companies. He joined the company at startup, helped it grow to 150 employees, and positioned it for a successful acquisition by General Physics. He has Bachelor degrees in science and in sociology along with an M.B.A. from Portland State University.
