Visionary Startup Ontier Inc. attracts Les Fahey and Paul Gulick to Board
Ontier’s market-changing opportunity captures interest from leading industry veterans
Portland, Oregon—December 8, 2008 — Ontier Inc. announced the addition of Les Fahey and Paul Gulick as new board members and investors. Their involvement comes as Ontier is poised to launch its first on-demand product that will dramatically improve how business professionals and consumers communicate online. The company will release product details when it enters public beta in the first half of 2009.

Fahey and Gulick are actively involved in developing Ontier’s business strategies and investment opportunities in preparation for its next round of financing and product launch.
Mr. Fahey is well known in the high-tech community having helped raise over $100 Million in capital for the companies that have worked with Fahey Ventures LLC. Prior to starting Fahey Ventures, Les was a tax partner for KPMG LLP for 20 years where he founded their Oregon Technology practice in 1980.
“Although Sebastian has an impressive record, I wasn’t prepared for what he and the Ontier team have put together. I immediately knew it was the type of opportunity that comes along only once every several years,” said Mr. Fahey.
Mr. Gulick is a pioneer in the information display industry having been co-founder of InFocus Corporation, and founder and CEO of Clarity Visual Systems, which was acquired by Planar in 2006.
“I look for technologies that can change how we do business,” said Mr. Gulick. “I believe Ontier has the potential to change the way companies communicate and collaborate, similar to the way projection systems have changed the way we present information.” Mr. Gulick brings extensive management expertise to the board, including growing several companies from startup to very successful exits.
