At age 12, Adora Svitak is already a veteran of the academic lecture circuit. This gifted young lady from the state of Washington earned the nickname, “World’s Youngest Teacher,” after she started teaching other students several years ago. Already a published author, Adora may also lay claim to the title, “World’s Youngest Pixetell Adopter.”
Adora was part of a group of academics who agreed to review Pixetell in late
2009, and she effusively praised Pixetell for its simplicity of operation, its versatility and the seamless way it which it combines screen recording, video and voice to produce clear, engaging messages.
She’s been working on expanding her Pixetell collection, but she’s got to wedge her Pixetell time into her hectic schedule. Not only does she attend a virtual school herself, but she teaches, makes frequent guest appearances on news and feature programs (including Oprah)—and speaks before huge audiences, such as the 6,000 attendees at the annual eTech Conference in Columbus, OH. We’ll all be able to say we knew her when someday.
